1Initial Contact
Please reach out to us via our contact form. Let us know the details of your inquiry and your preferred date and time for the consultation, and we will arrange a suitable schedule. We also accommodate consultations online.

2Consultation and Estimate
We will discuss your inquiry in detail and, as much as possible, provide an overview of the legal issues and potential solutions on the spot. For complex cases, it may not be possible to fully understand the issues or suggest solutions in a single consultation. If you wish to proceed with a formal engagement, we will subsequently provide an estimate of the costs and a proposed schedule.
*Please note that the initial consultation is charged at 20,000 yen per hour (excluding tax). However, if you have a referral, the initial consultation (up to one hour) is generally free. Please specify this in the contact form. -
3Engagement
If you decide to formally engage our services, we will enter into an engagement agreement. We will explain the contract terms and costs before proceeding.

4Commencement of Work
Based on the engagement agreement, we will begin handling your case. We will provide updates on the progress and any necessary confirmations as needed.

5Completion of Work and Reporting
Once the work is completed, we will explain the results and any next steps. We will also handle the handover of necessary documents and confirm any procedures, ensuring a smooth and reassuring conclusion.
